Please take a moment to review these guidelines.

* Deposits/Final Payments:  A deposit of $500.00 (U.S.) per person is required to hold a reservation.  Deposits are non-refundable once you receive confirmation of your reservation at Edmund Lake Lodge. We have many repeat clients so requested time periods may not be available. Final payment is due SIXTY (60) DAYS prior to arrival at Edmund Lake Lodge.  If full payment is not received Sixty Days prior to arrival,  Edmund Lake Lodge has the sole discretion to cancel the reservation. There upon the deposit will be forfeited unless Edmund Lake Lodge is able to replace the booking at the applicable rate.  All rates are quoted in U.S. funds.  Payments made in Canadian dollars shall reflect the exchange rate charged by the TD Canada Trust Bank on the date of payment.

Late Bookings:  Reservation requests made for arrivals less than THIRTY (30) DAYS after date of reservation request must be paid in full within 24 hours of the time the reservation is made, including any additional costs. Edmund Lake Lodge shall not be liable to accommodate any person or persons whose confirmed reservation request and full payment is not received on the terms set out above and at least 48 hours prior to arrival at Winnipeg.

Cancellations:  All payments to Edmund Lake Lodge are non-refundable once confirmation of your reservation is received; however, should a cancellation become necessary after full payment has been made, the $500.00 U.S. deposit shall be credited toward a future reservation within the same season provided that space is available.

Limit of Liability:  All rates quoted to prospective clients by Edmund Lake Lodge include return airfare via chartered airlines from Winnipeg.  Edmund Lake Lodge shall not be held liable for any additional expenses or lost fishing time any party may incur as a result of any party being unable to board the pre-arranged scheduled or charter aircraft at the scheduled times.

Additional limits:  Edmund Lake Lodge shall not be held liable for any lost fishing time or additional expense inclusive of food, lodging, taxi and airline fees incurred as a result of delay or cancellation of all or any part of the departure or return flight from Winnipeg due to events not reasonably within Edmund Lake Lodge's control, inclusive of acts of God, strikes, lockouts, or other industrial disturbances, acts of the public enemy, war, blockade, public riot, lightning, fire, storms, floods, weather or other acts of the elements, explosion, government riot, unavailability of equipment, or the failure of Edmund Lake Lodge's suppliers or agents to meet their promises.
